The Hookah Spot COVID Policy
SAFETY PROTOCOLS:
- Following CDC guidelines and promoting behaviors to reduce the risk of spread
- Only serving at 50% capacity indoors to ensure that we're able to socially distance at a minimum of 6ft apart
- All staff members are required to wears masks, require frequent hand washing when serving/in between customers
- Clean and disinfect frequently touched surfaces (eg. doors, handles, tables, etc)
- Encourage the use of touchless payment options when appropriate
- HVAC ventilation ( we have what's called, "smoke eaters" for the recycling of air
- Designated our manager as the "covid champion" to ensure that all employees/customers are abiding safety protocols
